I am not contracted or in network with any health insurance companies, including Medicare. This allows me to keep my prices reasonable and serve you better. I will supply a superbill at the end of each visit that you can submit to your insurance company to see if you qualify for out-of-network benefits. HSA/FSA cards can be used to pay for services. A card on file is required prior to your first appointment.

If you would like to use your insurance for labs you will be sent an order through your patient portal. This order can be taken to your local clinic and the results will be sent back to me. Please check on your insurance coverage for labs prior to your first visit. I tend to run very extensive and thorough lab panels that can end up costing patients >$2000 even with insurance.
If you prefer to not use your insurance (which can be the cheaper option depending on your coverage) I can send you a kit through Access Medical Labs. The kit can then be taken to your local clinic or phlebotomy center and you can have your blood drawn, often for a small fee. The results from the kit will then come directly to me.
Average cost of an in-depth panel including around 20 different markers through Access Medical Labs (bypassing insurance) is often $400 or less.

Unfortunately not. I am not available for medical issues in the evenings or on weekends and do not offer acute visits or medication management (outside of medications I prescribe for you). You will still need to have an established primary care provider for your other healthcare needs.

I see adolescent girls for hormonal concerns but outside of that I do not see anyone under the age of 18 at this time.

I do prescribe GLP-1 medications for weight loss and other off-label, non FDA approved purposes, but only to those patients who I consider to be a good candidate.

A visit is always preferred to review lab results. If this is not possible then lab results can be emailed to you but you will still be billed for the time it takes to interpret them and send you the results. This would be a separate charge outside of the membership fee.
